Kullanım Koşulları
Tarify'ı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiysen Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni (EULA), Google Play'den indirdiysen Google Play Hizmet Şartları'nı da kabul etmiş olursun.
1. Hizmet
Tarify, sosyal medyadan ve web sitelerinden tarif kaydetmeni, düzenlemeni, koleksiyonlara ayırmanı ve alışveriş listesi oluşturmanı sağlayan kişisel bir tarif defteridir.
2. Hesabın
Hesabını güvende tutmak senin sorumluluğundadır. Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulamadan silebilirsin (Profil → Hesabı sil).
3. Kaydettiğin içerik
- Kaydettiğin tarifler kişisel kullanımın içindir. Başkalarının tariflerinin, fotoğraflarının ve videolarının hakları sahiplerine aittir; Tarify bu hakları sana devretmez.
- Tarifi her zaman kaynağıyla birlikte saklarız ("Orijinal gönderiyi gör"), böylece içerik üreticisine ulaşabilirsin.
- Kendi eklediğin içeriğin hakları sende kalır. Bize yalnızca bu içeriği saklayıp sana (ve paylaştığın kişilere) gösterebilmemiz için gereken izni verirsin.
- Yasa dışı, zararlı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik eklememeyi ve paylaşmamayı kabul edersin.
4. Otomatik tarif çıkarma
Tarifler, çeviriler ve besin değeri tahminleri yapay zekâ ile otomatik hazırlanır ve hatalı olabilir (miktarlar, adımlar, süreler, kaloriler). Pişirmeden önce kontrol etmek, özellikle alerjenler ve gıda güvenliği konusunda, senin sorumluluğundadır. Besin değerleri yalnızca tahmindir, tıbbi veya diyet tavsiyesi değildir.
5. Ücretsiz plan ve Premium
- Ücretsiz planda her ay belirli sayıda tarifi otomatik kaydedebilirsin; kendin yazdığın tarifler, koleksiyonlar ve alışveriş listesi sınırsızdır.
- Tarify Premium aylık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak sunulur. Güncel fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir. Yıllık planda ücretsiz deneme sunulabilir; deneme bitmeden iptal etmezsen abonelik ücretli olarak başlar.
- Ödeme, satın alma onayında iPhone'da Apple hesabından, Android'de Google Play hesabından alınır. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önce (App Store'da en az 24 saat önce) iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Aboneliğini iPhone'da Ayarlar → Apple Hesabın → Abonelikler'den, Android'de Google Play → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler'den yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsin. Hesabını silmek aboneliğini iptal etmez.
- Fiyatlar ve Premium özellikleri değişebilir; değişiklikleri önceden bildiririz.
6. Adil kullanım
Hizmeti kötüye kullanmak (otomatik toplu kayıt, sistemi aşırı yüklemek, tersine mühendislik) yasaktır. Sınırsız planlarda makul bir adil kullanım sınırı uygulanabilir.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Tarify "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz ve dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici olarak kanundan doğan hakların saklıdır.
8. Değişiklikler ve sona erme
Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada bildiririz. Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunları uygulanır. Tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun kapsamında yetkili tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilirsin.

Terms of Use
By using Tarify you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA); if from Google Play, to the Google Play Terms of Service.
1. The service
Tarify is a personal recipe book that lets you save recipes from social media and websites, edit them, organise them into collections and build grocery lists.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete it anytime in the app (Profile → Delete account).
3. Content you save
- Saved recipes are for your personal use. Rights to other people's recipes, photos and videos stay with their owners; Tarify doesn't transfer them to you.
- We always keep the source with the recipe ("View original post") so you can reach the creator.
- You keep the rights to content you create. You give us only the permission needed to store it and show it to you (and to people you share it with).
- You agree not to add or share illegal or harmful content, or content that infringes others' rights.
4. Automatic extraction
Recipes, translations and nutrition estimates are produced automatically with AI and can contain mistakes (amounts, steps, times, calories). Checking before you cook, especially for allergens and food safety, is your responsibility. Nutrition figures are estimates only, not medical or dietary advice.
5. Free plan and Premium
- On the free plan you can auto-save a number of recipes each month; recipes you type yourself, collections and the grocery list are unlimited.
- Tarify Premium is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy. The yearly plan may include a free trial; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription begins.
- Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase: to your Apple account on iPhone, to your Google Play account on Android. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before).
- Manage or cancel on iPhone in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting your Tarify account does not cancel your subscription.
- Prices and Premium features may change; we'll announce changes in advance.
6. Fair use
Misusing the service (automated bulk saving, overloading the system, reverse engineering) is not allowed. Unlimited plans may have a reasonable fair-use cap.
7. Limitation of liability
Tarify is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes you can apply to the competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
