Privacy Policy

Location

If you allow it, on time uses your location to calculate prayer times and the Qibla direction. These calculations happen entirely on your iPhone and Apple Watch. We never receive your location.

To show the name of the place you are in, and when you search for a city by name, the app uses Apple's map services. Apple handles that information under the Apple Privacy Policy. You can also turn location off and choose a city instead.

Settings and saved cities

Your settings, saved cities and time adjustments are stored only on your device. They are shared with the on time widgets and the on time Apple Watch app on your own devices, so they can show the same times. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.

Reminders

Prayer reminders are scheduled on your device using iOS notifications. No notification data passes through any server.

What we don't do

• No accounts or sign-in.
• No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
• No analytics, crash reporting services or third-party SDKs.
• No tracking across apps or websites, and no selling or sharing of data.

Contacting us

If you send feedback by email, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to read and reply to your message, and we don't add you to any list. To help us look into a report, the app fills in the email for you with the app and iOS version, your selected city, its calculation settings and time zone, and the app's language. It never includes your exact location. You can see all of it before sending, and change or delete any of it.

Children

on time collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
